Game Skeleton

Three things we have done in our demo is add all the scenes that need to be place in the game demo. It is imortant to have all the scenes because you don't wanna leave any slide out, because it will through you off track.
Also, we have made our game demo very colorful because you don't want it to be just plain old black and white. I mean who really wants to play a black and white boring game. I like playing very colorful and exiting games.
The last thing we have done is put in very descriptive words so people will understand  the game and the topic, and also the educational part in our game.

Three things you shouldn't and three things that you should do during a presentation.

Three things that you shouldn't do in a presentation is not to fegit with your shirt or pants or hair, i think that you need to look and act professional dur a presentation. The second thing you don't want to do is need to use the bathroom, so you need to use the bathroom before you start. The last  thing you don't want to do is NOT TO dress unproperly.

               The top three things you SHOULD do during a presentation is Memoize the lines, because you don't wanna be in middle of your presentation and you forget the lines. The second thing you Should do or need to do is dress properly, so you look professional. The last thing you need to do is to practice and pay attention to others practicing their presentation.BLOGGER

Thanksgiving Blog!!!!!!

i am going to be thankful for The food that god has supplied us with. Also the family I have to spend thanksgiving with. I am going to North Carolina where i was born and i'm going to see my Grandpaw, and my Nana, and see my aunts and uncle,but what im not looking forward to is the long butt trip to North Carolina, it's like a 6 1/2 hour trip and we are spending 8 days with my family.

Team Work!!

I like my partner because she does alot and she works hard eveyday. I am proud to have her as a partner, because she is always on time and gets work done on time. I have to admitt she does MOST of the work, and anyone in the class nows that. But she does her Learning Logs and Blogges, she is over all a great Person and partner.

          Our game is coming alog GREAT, Hannah has about finished the graphics on the last few parts on the game. We should be able to present on Monday to the class. And it will be great to show to the 7th grade, because they look up to us for help.BLOGGER

Comeing back to Globaloria from the short summer break!$$$$

It was a wierd feeling of exitment of sadness, it brought back up a lot of good and bad memory. All the bad ones were really just nervuos ones, when we had a short time to do things. All of the good ones was the last day we had a blast, showing off the games to the others. Globaloria Although, i must say that I missed it over all. I had A great time last year but now it is time to step up my game, in and out of Globaloria.

Ideas for my game!

Idea we have for a game is the Holocaust and the Player must escape Auschwitiz, the consentration camp. Also have many different levels of the game. Also we have a variety of colors in the game so Kids our age will want to play it more. Aschuwitiz. We are going to use the New Flash to our Advantage, and use the fire scheme, and lighting scheme, also the smoke scheme. I know it will come in handy, because my patner said she wants to use it.

Globaloria So Far

So far Globaloria isn't the best, for one, the new Flash is AWSOME but i am going to NEED time to get used to it. The second thing is our topic is Historical games, and that is one hard Topic to tackle but nothing is to hard for me. And the blogs are cool,we talk about what we did that week.FLASH. I really like the New Flash because It already has lighting, tree, building structures, flowers, vine, Fire, Smoke. All that stuff in one game, by it self is a beast game. I have been told by my Partner, she REALLY wants to use lighting and fire.

Imagining your game$$$

• WHO are you designing your game for? (Include the player's age, abilities, and prior knowledge of your topic.) Globaloria, and kids our age.
• WHAT will your game teach the player about your topic? (Be specific!) Teach about the people of the Holocuast.
• WHERE does your game happen?  Auschwitz, Germany and that is where hitler killed a lot of people. And the setting will
• HOW does your game world teach the player about your topic? It better descrides the theme of the game or the setting.
• WHY is a game a better way of understanding your topic than a quiz? It is funner than a Quiz, therefore the player gets in to it more.

Playing to learn #2..lol

I have learned from both games are that the clearer it is the better is going to be. The first game was Sigma prime, where you had to shot prime numbers at the numbers they go in. The seconnd one was a game where you had to exape adolf hitler.BLOGGER. Sigma Prime had Great Graphics, and Tought A Great lesson on Prime numbers and the Second game I played was called Survivor, and it was made in flash just like we have, But I could tell why it was, Because it was only made bye 8th graders.

Coming back from a short summer break!$$$$

I think that i did good on te westest, mostly on the maath it was very easy and i new most things on it, and i never thought for one second that i would not pass it.

We have finished our game and it looks ok and i think its a great educational game for kids to play and understand. Its about  a mall u walk in to and you pick things to buy.

What i think of internet safety?

I think internet safety should be inforced so that most kid's won't be cyber bullied. I have heard many sad and scary stories about teens being bullied on the internet and they go home and kill them selves beacuse other adults or teens make them feel like they have nothing to live for. Therefore, i should be inforced so that HOPFULLY won't happen anymore than it has already.Internet Safety

What kind of Flash game are we making!

We have had to choose from a very great variety of game's to use to mkae our great game. Sadly we could not of picked all of them.But then we saw it , the one we new would be the that we were going to use in our game. And in our game we used it to drag the items you pick and miove to the cash register.

FlashMy experiences with flash are pretty good, you have to be creative and you have to now what your doing. I think that flash is a great way to make a great game to play and who ever created flash was a very smart and is very intelligent and should get an award or something.

FlashI have worked in flash al this week and i have finished three of many slide that are going to be placed in our game. Such as three drag and drop's inside of the slides.

PRESENTATIONSI enjoyed giving our Presentations beacuse it is nice every now and then to have expert help on how to make our game better. Also it was nerve rakeing to stand there and present to people you have never saw before. When it was our turn we went through step by step and carefully and in a organized order we push our way in for a pretty good review.

The most difficult concept of your game topic???????

The most difficult part of our game topic is the faction part, because you have a Numerator and  Denominator and you can add or subtract and you can divide or multiply.Plus if all that add's up you can get mixed up easely.LINK
